While describing a diagram/a process, you should remember several points.

1. YOU SHOULD SUMMARIZE THE MAIN POINTS.
2. INTERPRET THE DIAGRAM CORRECTLY, SINCE MISINTERPRETATION WOULD LEAD TO A DECREASE IN THE SCORE.
3. YOU NEED TO AVOID DESCRIBING EVERYTHING.
4. THE SIGNIFICANT POINTS SHOULD BE EXPLAINED CLEARLY.
5. IT IS ADVISABLE TO USE THE RIGHT SEQUENCING WORDS.
6. BEGIN THE RESPONSE BY PARAPHRASING THE GIVEN PROMPT.
7. AVOID REPEATING THE SAME WORDS AS GIVEN IN THE QUESTION. USE SYNONYMS.
8. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, DO NOT WRITE YOUR OPINION. YOU NEED NOT WRITE A CONCLUSION.

The structure of the process diagram will consist of three parts.
1. Introduction - paraphrase the given question.
